For a communication relating to the best price guarantee to be considered valid, it must meet all the requirements of the terms and conditions set out below ("Terms and Conditions"):

  • The communication must be sent within 24 hours of the initial booking made on eleganceroom.it and at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival. The best price guarantee does not apply to bookings made within 48 hours of arrival. An initial booking is the original booking made on our website. Modified or canceled bookings are excluded.

  • The best price guarantee does not apply to bookings made through other websites. If a booking has been made through another website, we are not responsible for the costs associated with the cancellation of that booking.

  • The competing rate, i.e. the lower rate present on another website, must refer to the same hotel, same type of room (including, but not limited to, size, type of bed, view and services), same type of rate and number of guests, same dates, same length of stay and same tariff rules (including, but not limited to, cancellation conditions).

  • The competing rate must be bookable on another website. Advertised fares or requesting fares alone are not considered a valid requirement. Best Price Guarantee does not apply to rates found offline, corporate negotiated rates, group rates, rates requiring membership in a club or other organization, rates administered by direct mail or notified by email or at other rates not available to the public. We reserve the right to reject a claim if the availability of the competing rate cannot be independently verified at the time of processing the claim.

  • The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to taxes, gratuities or any other fees or charges that may apply to your stay.

  • If the competing rate is in a currency other than the rate booked on eleganceroom.it, the competing rate must be converted into the same currency as the rate offered on our website using the currency conversion service published on www.xe.com at the time. the initial booking was made. There may be discrepancies between the Elegance Room rate and the competing rate due to differences in the currency conversion service. If the discrepancy were to be caused only by the conversion calculations, we reserve the right to refuse the request.

  • We may decline your request if the difference in rates is less than one percent (1%).

  • The communication can only be sent by email to info@eleganceroom.it. The test  will be made within two (2) working days of receipt.

  • The request will be accepted in all languages supported by eleganceroom.it.

​

  • My staff and I reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to determine whether the request is valid and whether it complies with the Terms and Conditions. Any dispute arising in relation to the Best Price Guarantee and the Terms and Conditions must be directed against the hotel where the booking was made and filed with the courts of the city in which the property is located, as it is subject to local laws. . This dispute must be raised individually and not as part of a representative action or class action.

  • To the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to correct, modify, supplement, suspend or terminate the Best Price Guarantee at any time, at our sole discretion and without notice. This will not affect requests already sent in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
